Another piece made on the emblematic beat by the deeply touching track of DMX – Get At Me Dog. Ferg directed to revive this classic once again and add it to the Trap Lord’s next project ‘Concrete Chandeliers’ EP.

Ferguson Jr. decided to focus our attention in distant 1998, sending us back in the days of raging streets. The New York performer also said he was a fan of X from the very beginning even his first album was made with the same inspiration.

In an interview, the 30-year-old A$AP Mob member points that a crazy match occurred when they recorded the song, they didn’t know that the RR icon comes out of jail a few days later. More about the song.

It is interesting to know that the song Get At Me Dog was created later in 1998 by the great Dame Grease, two years after the original freestyle DMX – “Get At Me Dog Freestyle” feat. The LOX (Sheek Louch) DJ Clue Mixtape (1996).

The beat of this song designed to tear flesh and bones comes from “Everything good to you ain’t always good for you” by B. T. Express. Over the years, many rap records have been made that it’s hard to remember, all of which are EPMD, Mase, and the “Northern Touch” – biggest Canadian crew record ever.

An interesting fact is that after the creation of Get At Me Dog by DMX somehow he put an end to this endless series of attempts until now.
