Dreamville Presents “Revenge Of The Dreamers III: Director’s Cut”

As it was promised before from J.Cole, the album’s new edition was released this week. This special work is following the edition which went out in July earlier in 2019. The interesting thing about this project is that this is a compilation and is co-work of most of the names form the Dreamville Crew. The original edition took only ten days for the recording, which is fast. Some of the people “partners in crime“ are J. Cole, of course, Ari Lennox, EarthGang, Bazz, Cos, J.I.D., and many others.

Revenge of the Dreamers III: Directors’ Cut, on the other hand, features some of the old co-workers and some new names as well like Childish Major and 6BLACK. To be different from the original work, it has twelve tracks on the list. The simple addition came out with eighteen. The album is streamed, can be listened to on Spotify and everyone can also see and download the cover and the original tracklist.

The first news about the release of the album was tweeted from the Dreamville’s boss himself. Before that two tracks of the upcoming album were released as a teaser for the music fans. The singles are called Still Up from Reason and EarthGang and the other one BUSSIT by Ari. Both of them were welcomed by the audience.

The news for the release of this edition is no surprise. It was known a few weeks after the release of ROD3 itself that in January 2020 there will be a special sequence. The label kept its promise and dropped the album the third week of the year, without adding no suspense to the situation.

We hope that the Directors’ edition will hit the success of the original project and even more. The April edition of the album managed to debut straight at number one position of the prestigious Billboard 200 Chart. The sales also went very well for it as the first week reached 115 000 copies just like that.
