The sportswear giant FILA drops new collection FILA x Biggie and honors The Notorious B.I.G. and his debut album “Ready To Die” released in 1994. The merch dropped just in time for the late, legendary rapper’s birthday which is May 21, 1972.

The classic LP “Ready To Die” is a pure inspiration for all generations through the years and looks like, FILA is inspired too. As you might already know, Biggie was a fan of the brand back in the days.

The FILA x Biggie collaboration also marks 25 years since the release of the iconic 19-track album. That’s why there is a crown placed on the tongue of the Tennis 88.

The 6-part apparel features two different versions of the Tennis 88 sneakers, alongside with T-shirts and visors. You can purchase any of them on the brand’s official website. FILA got all the small details covered. As revealed, they packed every pair of sneakers with the cover art of the album. But that’s not all.

According to FILA’s IG page, for every sold sneaker from the special collection, they will donate a pair of kid’s sneakers to Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation.
