The drive belonged to Tupac’s bodyguard Frank Alexander. Though Frank passed away back in 2013 the item was kept secret somehow till now. The auction house Gotta Have Rock and Roll will be in charge of the sale and they explained this interesting fact to the audience.
The bodyguard was the one who accompanied Tupac in Las Vegas on a fatal night when the rap legend was shot dead. September 7, 1996, was the day when Pac was shot. Tupac was only twenty-five by then and yet the biggest rap star in the world. According to the information for the lot which the auctioning house made a few people in the world can share information for the rapper.
The content of the hard drive can be described as more than interesting. It has music, that is never before heard as well as photographs. But the total space of eighty-three gigabytes contains even more. There are materials with people close to the rapper, who made videos with him and there were uploaded on this drive.
The auction house shares the opinion that besides the fact that this will be a great deal, the drive will also uncover sites from the rapper’s life that were never seen before.
Another thing the owner will find on the drive is an unreleased version of the “Let’s Get It On” track. Another thirty seconds long video can be seen of a song never heard before. It gets more and more interesting.
