Jay-Z and LL Cool J are officially confirmed to be among the 12 inductees for the 2021 induction into the prestigious Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.
The 36th annual ceremony of Induction in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame will be held on Saturday (October 30, 2021) at 8 PM ET at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
RRHF has revealed the full list of inductees on their official website. The 2021 class is described by the organization as “the most diverse” in their history.
It was the first nomination for Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter and it ended up with a WIN for the rap mogul, that’s not the case with LL Cool J.
LL was nominated for induction several times during the past few years and finally, the OG getting his well-deserved place into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.
Jay-Z will be inducted under the “Performer Category” where he will be joined by Tina Turner, Foo Fighters, Carole King, The Go-Go’s and Todd Rundgren.
LL Cool J from another side will be accepted into the RRHF under the category “Musical Excellence Award” where he will be joined by great names like Billy Preston and Randy Rhoads.
