Joyner Lucas Tributes Tupac, Eazy-E, Nipsey Hussle And More In Devil’s Work
The Atlantic Records signee just dropped a new track titled Devil’s Work, accompanied by visuals. With bold statements and brave exchange suggestions, Lucas shows to his fans that he is not afraid to speak out his mind and to make a video for it as well.
Directed by Joyner and Ben Proulx, the video presents the 30-year-old rapper walking in a church with a bottle of Hennesy, apparently mad and looking for some answers. As he raps, the questions are asked and the one who must answer is God.
Without any concerns, Joyner brings some rather up-to-date topics about the death of Nipsey Hussle and the suspected killer, goes through the President of the U.S. and takes us back to Tupac and Eazy-E.
XXXTentacion, Big Pun and few more are among those for whom Joyner wants an explanation from God.
The tribute song is part of Lucas’ forthcoming album ADHD.
Premiere: May 2nd
