Lil Wayne, DaBaby, Roddy Ricch & More To Perform At 2020 Bet Awards

The 2020 BET Awards are not to be canceled – with or without the Coronavirus spread. As we spent so many months without any live entertainment, without concerts and shows, we deserve some treat. There is not much time till the 28th of June, when the event is planned to happen, so the curiosity is reaching its highest levels.

The most important fact to reveal is that you do not have to rush for buying tickets because of course the performances and the whole event will be virtual and will be broadcasted without a live audience. This fact though will not take away any of its charms. All the people who are going to perform will give a hundred percent of their abilities and promise to gift the audience with some heat.

Some of the most famous names that will thrill are DaBaby, the Houston hottie Megan Thee Stallion as well as and Lil Wayne, Future and Roddy Ricch. They are some of the hottest hip-hop names recently and are dropping hit after hit.

There are other teasers that will make you stay awake until June 28, and these are the names of Future, Jennifer Hudson, and…hold your breath– Alicia Keys. Usher will also remind about his music catalog alongside with D Smoke and Kane. Tune in on CBS as the channel will live broadcast everything that evening.

And to prove again that 2020 BET Awards will not be any less than the other editions of this event, we will say that also a host will lead the show. Amanda Seales is confirmed to be in charge this year. She is mostly known as the star from the Insecure comedy show, broadcasted on HBO.

The best of all is that most of the mentioned names to perform during the evening are also amongst the nominees in some of the most important categories. Roddy and Megan Thee Stallion are some of the leaders with five nominees each. Of course, no one can beat Drake who is holding the number one spot will most nominations this year.

For the first time in history, CBS is taking such kind of event to broadcast and it will be available across all the members of the network. The awards ceremony will be available on CBS All Access.
