Nas has dropped his newest track “Ultra Black” which serves as the lead single for his forthcoming 14-track album “King’s Disease” – a collaborative project with the super-producer Hit-Boy.
With one of his IG posts last week, the “Illmatic” creator revealed he and Hit-Boy will join forces for a full-length project. The album is set to arrive next week on Aug. 21 and Nas announced the first track from it and the good news for a new album on his IG page hours prior to the release of the single.
In Ultra Black, Nas uses his powerful wordplay to praise the Black and criticize racism. An example of this is his bars towards Doja Cat – “Unapologetically Black, the opposite of Doja Cat,” Nas raps.
