Tekashi 6ix9ine and Nicki Minaj teamed up once again and dropped the new video for their latest collaborative track “TROLLZ”. The last time 69 and Nicki worked together was back in 2018 for the “FEFE” track.
The new song was announced a few days ago and of course, the Internet reacted, putting Minaj at the stake of criticism for working again with Tekashi, having in mind his snitching and all the legal problems he has, including his 2015 charges for using a child in sexual performance. The track was set to release last week but eventually was pushed back following the protests for social justice all around the US.
In her response, Minaj wrote she’s not scared of the Internet trolls, blogs, or artists. Also, The Queen revealed part from the proceeds coming from the new “TROLLZ” single will go to The Bail Project Inc. (organization to help people who can’t afford to bail out during the hard times we’re facing). The new song comes with a merch, you can check all the new collection on Minaj’s official website.
Directed by CanonF8, David Wept and 6ix9ine the new video was filmed at Tekashi’s home, understandable, having in mind he can’t leave it and still wearing a bracelet on his ankle. Following the first 69 single since his release “GOOBA”, the video is again the bold play of colors.
All the rainbow colors being left unnoticed when Nicki appears in the clip. With a jaw-dropping outfit, the “Hard White” rapper drops her verse. To be honest, the video is so fine, you have to watch it twice or more to start paying attention to what she spits.
