Travis Scott Lands At #1 On Billboard 200 With His “JACKBOYS”
The latest music effort by Travis Scott and his Cactus Jack Records crew “JACKBOYS” is now fresh on the market and streamed already making a great appearance. A #1 album is not a new situation for the SICKO MODE rapper. The success is closely following his career from 2012. This is the time when he signed with Epic Records and started to make hit after hit.
That is why this is not the first album Travis had which is hitting the top of the Billboard chart – one of the most prestigious and influential charts in the music industry. His first album to reach the top was released in 2015 and has the name “Rodeo”. This is the first deal under the Epic Records label, which received very good words from the critics.
You can say this is quite good so far, but wait to hear for the next project called “Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight”. The second studio album from the Huston born entertainer hit the top almost immediately. During the years Travis Scott collaborated with many famous and not very famous names in music. Some of them are Young Thug, T.I., Wale and Meek Mill. It is very common practice to use colleges, who sing or co-produce in the track because two or three people work better than one, we saw the results.
“JACKBOYS” comes originally with seven tracks. Some of the names mentioned before are also traditionally present here. Young Thug is who we mean. Obviously, they are both satisfied with their collaborations during the years. The album also features names from the so-called Travis Scott crew. They are DJ Chase B, Don Toliver, Sheck Wes.

Since its official release on Dec. 27, 2019, the “JACKBOYS” album is calculating numbers of sales (154,000 copies so far), which are more than good for the Billboard chart. The Hiphopdx review though claims that even the album sounds vibey it does not uncover the full number of qualities in music the Cactus Jack label holds.
