Birdman took on Instagram on Monday (April, 20) to announce he is about to pay the rent of residents of Uptown, New Orleans and particularly for the people in need.

People in need become more and more each day because of the COVID-19. The United States quickly became one of the countries with the most positive to the Coronavirus. Most of the states advise their citizens to stay at home and be responsible for the health of others.

Since many people are threatened to lose their homes, Birdman – real name Bryan Williams – declared he will take care of the rents in his neighborhood. As it is a well-known fact, the Cash Money Records’ Boss was raised in the beautiful town of New Orleans. The uptown area of the city is his home and the hip-hop mogul is grateful for that.

Birdman made his generous offer yesterday and will fully cover the rent for May for people from Uptown, New Orleans who are in a difficult situation and do not have any money to pay it.

The rapper did not forget to mention those, who risk their lives daily for the health of society and are saving lives. Birdman said he is very thankful to all hospitals and doctors. In his announcement, he also mentioned the local “Gladys and Johnny Foundation”, which has always been open for the needs of the people in New Orleans.

Master P is also giving back to New Orleans. The rap veteran offered special care to the older, who are sometimes helpless. And since every effort is hard for them, the rapper wanted to give everyone, who is 60 and more a free home clean up when needed.
