After over a year of a legal battle between Dr. Dre and his estranged wife Nicole Young, the OG is ordered to pay almost $300 000 ($293,306 exactly) per month in spousal support.
According to the sources, Dre has been ordered to pay the above-mentioned money monthly, starting on August 1st, 2021. According to the legal papers, this goes until “until the party receiving support [Nicole] remarries or enters into a new domestic partnership, death of either party.”
In the past few months, both sides of the trial – Dre, and Nicole had scored some big wins. Obviously, the last one is for Nicole Young but this doesn’t mean the “war” between the hip-hop mogul and his estranged wife is over.
Dr. Dre and his legal team are trying to get to an overall settlement, which will cut the monthly payment as soon as negotiated.
