Lil Yachty and Kodak Black collaborate on their new single called “Hit Bout It”, which is now available on all streaming platforms. The new release comes together with a video for it as well.
The new track is released shortly after the sentence pardon of Kodak, who was released from prison by President Trump, so there is a lot of fuss around him these days. Kodak was sentenced to forty-six months of serving for falsifying information on an official federal document. He wanted to buy firearms – an idea that led him to prison.
The friendship between Yachty and Kodak dates back to 2016 when they made a very strong bond. There is information that Yachty gave $50,000 as a welcome gift for his friend to celebrate his release from prison. The video celebrating Kodak’s release can be seen on Lil Yachty’s profile on Instagram.
The “Hit Bout It” track is produced by Carlo Anthony, the video for the song follows Kodak and Yachty on their ride through the city with Gucci Mane on their side.
