DMX Speaks On Today’s Misrepresented Hip Hop
The “Great Champ” creator and rap legend DMX was released from jail on January, 25. As it’s known Dark Man X got plenty of records made behind the bars, ready to be turned into rap bomb that should be dropped on the fans very soon.
Few days after X came out, the “Slippin” the “Real 92,3” radio station comes up with an old 2017 interview with the host Big Boy and DMX.
Big Boy dropped few short teasers via IG post January, 29 for good.
In the short scenes revealed by now, we see Ruff Ryders boss DMX talking out his mind in several topics.
One of the questions was does he feels like today’s rap is misrepresented. Earl’s answer was immediately positive “Uh Yeah” and added that representing the rap music correctly is not just his responsibility, “it’s all of our responsibility”.
Big Boy then mentioned the saturation of the hip hop music and the “same sound” now days, to which statement DMX was agree as well and kind of explain it by the thing every rapper do “They all promoting drugs”.
The next thing DMX give few words about is his belief in god. The rapper reveals that during the dark times he had, the faith helped him find the way out.
This is one is not the first post-prison show up of DMX since it’s an old made intwrview but for sure there will be many more according to the news that the rapper was offered biopic and book release for his life.
