Freddie Gibbs Drops New Track “Gang Signs” Featuring ScHoolboy Q

The new track from Freddie Gibbs “Gang Signs” featuring ScHoolboy Q is out now and it has also a great provocative video, full of allegories. In this one, he is following the trend of his last studio album “Alfredo” which came out in 2020. It is a collaborative project with The Alchemist.

Freddie Gibbs is known for his provocative behavior on social media. Though he is now forced to join Twitter so that more people can enjoy his talent, before that he was thrown out of Instagram because he seemed to have violated the rules too many times.

Obviously, he is using this talent in his new video as well. It is all full of animated characters. In this line of thought, he is presented as a bunny, living the life of a gangster. There are other very strong characters like the police officers as pigs and the mice trying to hurt him. But there is always the good turtle showing everywhere and driving one step beside him.

The tones are very much reminiscent of the Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and their style. In fact in some part of the song Freddie is directly mentioning the legendary Chicago trio.

This is Freddie’s first track for 2021, as he released “4 Thangs” featuring Big Sean in October 2020.

Check out the new track below.
